Webinar Lens HighLevel app guide

Updated September 18, 2026

Webinar Lens is a read-only HighLevel connector except when you disconnect, which uninstalls the app in HighLevel. It links one HighLevel location to webinar reporting so you can see registrations, attendance, bookings, and won revenue next to ad spend.

The Webinar Lens HighLevel app is an OAuth integration. After you authorize it, Webinar Lens can:

  • List HighLevel locations where the app is installed
  • Read contacts, tags, forms, calendars, appointments, and opportunities for the location you select
  • Map those signals to a webinar series and pull funnel metrics into your dashboard

Webinar Lens does not:

  • Create or update contacts, tags, notes, or opportunities
  • Send SMS, email, or workflow actions in HighLevel
  • Charge through HighLevel billing

For how we store and delete integration data, see our Privacy Policy and Data deletion page.

Before you add or use the HighLevel connector:

  • A Webinar Lens account and access to your organization workspace (connecting integrations requires organization owner permissions)
  • Permission to install Marketplace apps on the HighLevel location you want to report on
  • Tags, forms, calendars, and pipeline stages that mark registration, attendance, booked calls, and won deals

Optional: connect Meta Ads for spend, Zoom for live attendance, and Calendly for bookings that do not live in HighLevel.

From Webinar Lens

  1. Sign in and open Integrations.
  2. In the HighLevel card, click Connect HighLevel and approve access.
  3. Choose the location, then map registration, attendance, booking, and won signals.

From the HighLevel Marketplace

  1. Install Webinar Lens from the HighLevel Marketplace.
  2. You will be sent to Webinar Lens. Sign in (or create an account) so we can attach the install to your workspace.
  3. Finish location selection and mapping on Integrations.

Agencies can install to more than one location. Webinar Lens still reports on one location per workspace—pick the location this organization uses.

After mapping, Webinar Lens imports past webinars from dated tags and refreshes funnel data about every three hours, or when you run a refresh in the app. Failed syncs show on Integrations with a retry. Duplicate webinar dates are merged by series cadence, not created twice from the same tags.

Source data stays in HighLevel. Webinar Lens stores a copy used only for reporting. If a sale did not sync, you can log a close in Webinar Lens without writing back to HighLevel.

If HighLevel access expires, Integrations will ask you to reconnect. Mapping is kept unless you change it.

You can remove access in either place (or both):

Option 1 — Disconnect in Webinar Lens

  1. Sign in and open Integrations.
  2. In the HighLevel section, click Disconnect.

This uninstalls Webinar Lens in HighLevel, clears stored tokens and synced CRM data here, and stops new syncs. Webinar Lens billing, if any, is cancelled separately in Webinar Lens.

Option 2 — Remove from HighLevel

  1. Open the HighLevel Marketplace and find Webinar Lens.
  2. Uninstall it from the location or company.

HighLevel notifies Webinar Lens. We remove access for that location. If it was the only location connected to this workspace, we disconnect the integration and delete stored CRM data.
