How we scope access, protect integration tokens, and handle infrastructure for Webinar Lens.

Jump to section

Webinar Lens is built for one organization workspace at a time. Dashboards, webinars, integrations, and synced metrics belong to that organization and its members.

  • Accounts use email and password through Better Auth (with email verification as configured for your environment).
  • Only authenticated members of an organization can view that organization’s data in the app.
  • Public marketing pages do not expose signed-in dashboard data.

When you connect Meta, GoHighLevel, Zoom, or Calendly, we store OAuth tokens and related identifiers needed to sync reporting data. Tokens are encrypted at rest where the product encrypts them.

Tokens are used only to read data for your workspace. Revoke access anytime by disconnecting the integration in Integrations or by deleting your account in Settings.

  • We do not sell customer data.
  • We do not use your ads or CRM data to train public models.
  • We do not buy media or send marketing campaigns on your behalf.

Primary components include:

  • Convex — database and backend functions
  • Vercel — web application hosting (when used)
  • Resend — outbound email

Third-party platforms you connect remain responsible for data on their systems under their own terms and security programs.

If you believe there is a security issue affecting your account, use the Contact form and describe what you observed. See also Privacy and Data deletion.
