Webinar Lens provides dashboards that combine ad spend, CRM funnel outcomes, and—when you connect them—scheduling and attendance data for webinars your organization runs.

We do not:

• Host webinars or meeting rooms
• Buy or manage advertising campaigns
• Send marketing email to your CRM lists

• Provide accurate account and organization information.
• Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with Meta, GoHighLevel, Zoom, Calendly, and other providers when you connect them.

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, scrape beyond normal product use, or process data you are not allowed to access. Do not use Webinar Lens to violate applicable law or third-party terms.

Connected third-party services remain governed by their own agreements. Webinar Lens may stop syncing if tokens expire, permissions change, or provider APIs fail.

Reports and grades depend on upstream data quality and the mappings you configure. Optional connectors (for example Zoom or Calendly) enhance specific metrics but are not required for every workspace.

Our Privacy Policy describes what we store. You may disconnect integrations or delete your account from Settings. Instructions for logged-out deletion are on Data deletion.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free sync, or specific business outcomes from the metrics or grades we display.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes are reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
